Masterbuild – General Contractor & Developer is investing EUR 20 million in a logistics park of over 16,000 sqm, on a plot of land of 34,000 sqm, located in the north of Bucharest, in the Butimanu – Dâmbovița area.
The new logistics fleet will take over the increased market demand for industrial and storage facilities with special thermal conditions, especially demanded by the industries producing consumer goods but also by the pharmaceutical industry or other sectors active in the field of perishable goods.
