Logivest has brokered commercial property to Prologis in Plankstadt, located between Heidelberg and Mannheim. The almost 25,000 square meter area is part of the third expansion of the commercial and industrial area A!real.
The municipality of Plankstadt was looking for a suitable investor and project developer for this area. She was supported by Logivest’s logistics real estate consultants, who brought Prologis and the community together and mediated in the purchase of the property.

From mid-2022, an approximately 12,000 sqm production and industrial hall with a sustainable standard is to be built in the commercial area A!real III. The property is ideally connected directly to the B535 federal road and between the A5 and A6 motorways and is suitable for a wide variety of industrial uses. A part of the new building has already been let to a regional company. The remaining areas will be marketed exclusively by Logivest.
