AmRest revenues increased initially by 35.6% y / y to EUR 539 million in Q4 2021

Revenues of the AmRest Group amounted to EUR 539 million in Q4 2021, an increase of 35.6% y / y, the company said, presenting preliminary data.

The comparable sales ratio in restaurants reached 130.7% in Q4 2021. The share of operating restaurants was 99% at the end of December.

In the whole of 2021, consolidated revenues reached EUR 1,917 million, an increase of 25.9% compared to 2020.

In the fourth quarter of 2021, despite the clear business impact of the rapidly spreading new COVID-19 variant and the associated increase in restrictions imposed by many countries to prevent the spread of the pandemic, the group’s sales reached a new all-time record for the second consecutive time. which still determine both the number of open restaurants and the capacity of those open, were particularly acute for sales in the dine-in channel. The constant progress in adapting our business model to other business channels and the excellent quality of services offered allowed AmRest to continue a steady increase in sales levels.
