Vox Property Group leased in 2021 a total of 4,650 sqm of office space in Vox Technology Park, project delivered in Timisoara after an investment of EUR 30 million.
Its most important leases closed in 2021 were the extension of Tech Mahindra office space with 1,400 sqm and the leases signed by construction company Porr Construct, automotive company Vitesco Technologies and telekom operator Vodafone.
Vox Property Group also obtained an EUR 10.5 million from CEC Bank, which will be used for the completion of Vox Vertical Village luxury residential project, located in the immediate vicinity of the office building.
Vox Vertical Village residential project will comprise 120 new homes in ten stories building, due to be delivered by the end of this year. The project also involves the developing of a ‘vertical forest’, with over 1,000 trees and other plants which will be planted both in the interior of the project and on the terraces.
