The General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IGSU) is in the process of acquiring the main building within the One North Gate office complex in Pipera, from the real estate developer One United Properties, to arrange the National Disaster Response Center, included in the financing EUR 682 million received in 2020.
The real estate developer participated in the auction with the larger building, the one with 6 floors and a leasable area of about 18,000 sqm, plus a basement of 12,000 sqm, a property whose market value amounts to over EUR 30 million. “Although One North Gate S.A. submitted the bid in the procedure organized by IGSU, the procedure is not completed at this date and the winner has not been selected yet”, declared Victor Savi-Nims, Chief Legal Officer at One United Properties.
The real estate developer will remain, if the sale will be finalized, with the smaller office building, with 4 levels, a leasable area of about 4,500 sqm and above-ground parking lots, whose market value amounts to EUR 10 million.
