Selvita has entered into a preliminary agreement with Ringier Axel Springer Polska to purchase an undeveloped property located in Krakow, at Podole Street, with a total area of 10,930 sqm, the company said. The transaction value is PLN 8.74 million net.
The property is adjacent to the property on which the Research and Development Center for Laboratory Services in the Selvita Drug Discovery and Development Area is currently under construction. The acquisition of the property in question will ensure the possibility of further expansion of the company’s laboratory infrastructure in the future, thus enabling further organic growth.
Pursuant to the agreement, the real estate will be purchased for PLN 8,744,000 net.
The conclusion of an agreement transferring the ownership of the real estate depends on obtaining the consent of the issuer’s general meeting to purchase the real estate, the consent of the seller’s shareholders’ meeting to conclude the agreement and the fact that the administrator of the zone, Krakow Technology Park, does not exercise its right of pre-emption in relation to the real estate or after the expiry of the deadline to no effect. to make such a declaration, the company announced.
The final contract for the sale of the real estate will be concluded no later than March 31, 2022.
