In the north of Cologne, Logivest has brokered around 3,200 square meters of workshop and office space to Minimax GmbH. The specialists for fire protection systems were looking for a new property in the city for the Minimax office in Cologne.
Less than ten minutes by car from its current location, Logivest was able to broker tailor-made spaces for the Minimax Region Mitte at Von-Hünefeld-Strasse 2 in Cologne. A high-quality office building with an adjoining workshop hall is currently being built here. From April 2022, Minimax will probably move into around 1,800 square meters of office space and over 1,400 square meters of workshop space in the new building.
Due to its immediate proximity to the A1 and A57 motorways, the property is ideal for the fire protection specialists who operate worldwide. Added to this is the very good accessibility by public transport.
“The connection to public transport is an aspect that is often underestimated,” says Thomas Schmidt, Managing Director of Logivest NRW. “Ensuring that the new location can be reached quickly and easily by bus or train can represent a clear competitive advantage, especially in cities like Cologne with an increasing shortage of skilled workers.”
