Sun & Snow, which manages the lease of over 2,000 apartments in over 30 resorts and cities in Poland, assume an increasing presence of the company in the B2B segment, especially on the conference market.
For several years, Sun & Snow has been consistently expanding its offer for companies. In 2022, the next step in this direction is to enter the conference market – thanks to the adaptation of the facility in Białka Tatrzańska for these purposes.
“Our apartment building in Białka Tatrzańska is one of the newer investments in our offer, and at the same time adapted to support integration trips or the organization of small conferences. In recent months, we had a lot of inquiries regarding such cooperation from our business partners and we made a decision on the necessary investments in Sun & Snow Resorts Białka Tatrzańska so that it would meet the requirements for servicing business customers. Due to the pandemic – these plans have been slightly delayed, so we are only now officially starting to promote this segment of our activity,” says Mariola Skorupa Product Manager at Sun & Snow.
In the Sun & Snow Resorts Białka Tatrzańska complex there is a conference and lecture room in which up to 100 people can comfortably stay in the cinema layout. The facility itself is able to accommodate up to 120 nights in 73 apartments at the same time. The complex also includes the SosNa restaurant, which serves meals à la carte or according to a set menu. The facility also provides an adequate number of parking spaces. The offer is completed by the VIP room, which can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.
“We are already after organizing the first corporate events in our facility in Białka Tatrzańska. The evaluations of our partners are very optimistic for us. The intimate character of the complex in comparison with hotel services is a great advantage in this case, appreciated by our guests. At the same time, we are constantly enriching and improving our offer in terms of attractions related to corporate integration trips,” says Mariola Skorupa.
This is not the only Sun & Snow initiative targeted at corporate clients. In November last year the company selected from its offer premises where it is possible to combine remote work with leisure, which was a response to the demand reported by companies looking for new solutions in the field of benefits for their employees.
“The latest research shows unequivocally that in terms of non-wage benefits, changes are waiting for us – after healthcare and gift vouchers, the possibility of remote work is the bonus most desired by employees. This trend will strengthen in the coming months,” adds Mariola Skorupa.
In addition to the offer for companies, Sun & Snow is investing in its proprietary booking system. As part of its own booking channels, the company serves an average of more than 75 percent of the total annually. stays in apartments they manage. This is the result of investments and development works that have taken place in recent years.
