ID Logistics, announced the results for the fourth quarter of 2021.
– Revenues in Q4 2021: EUR 549.6 million, + 21% (+ 18.8% like-for-like)
– Good growth in France: EUR 208.1 million, + 7.8%
– Acceleration in international markets: EUR 341.5 million, + 30.8% (+ 26.9% like-for-like)
– Revenues for 2021: 1.91 billion euros, + 16.3% (+ 17% like-for-like), growth for the twentieth consecutive year

SUSTAINABLE GROWTH IN THE IV QUARTER
In the fourth quarter, ID Logistics posted revenue growth of 21% on a reported basis and 18.8% like-for-like to EUR 549.6 million. The result is all the more significant as in the corresponding quarter of last year. the Group’s revenues increased by 12% compared to 2019.
– In France, the home market, ID Logistics accelerated its growth, increasing revenues by 7.8% to 208.1 million euros.
– The Group’s operations in international markets developed at a steady pace, its revenues increased by 30.8% to EUR 341.5 million. Adjusted for GVT consolidation in the Benelux countries in December 2021 and generally favorable exchange rates, revenues from international operations increased by 26.9%.
STABLE DEVELOPMENT IN 2021 AND INCREASE IN REVENUE BY 16.3%
In the 20 years since its inception in 2001, the ID Logistics Group has continued to grow every year of its operations. It ended 2021 with revenues of EUR 1.91 billion and an increase of 16.3% (17% like-for-like). A year earlier, the Group’s revenues increased by 7.1%.
In 2021, ID Logistics launched 22 new operations, similar to 2020.
The share of e-commerce in the activities of the ID Logistics Group is constantly growing, in 2021 it amounted to 28%, including 33% in the fourth quarter.
NEW CONTRACTS
The ID Logistics Group received invitations to participate in many tenders. For example, in the fourth quarter, the Group won or started the implementation of new contracts:
– Bosch strengthened its cooperation with the ID Logistics Group by entrusting it with the management of inventories of electrical goods in France. In a warehouse with an area of 46,000 m², located near Paris,
46,000 references will be handled for orders from stationary stores and e-commerce.
– In Spain, ID Logistics expanded its cooperation with Campofrío, a leading Spanish company in the food industry. The operator will manage a new logistics center, which is to be launched by 2023. The new warehouse in Burgos will be equipped with the latest technologies and will be a benchmark facility in terms of solutions for sustainable development.
– In Brazil, Heineken entrusted ID Logistics with warehouse management in the state of Minas Gerais, from April 2022.
PERSPECTIVES
The ID Logistics Group is well positioned to continue its profitable expansion in 2022 while remaining vigilant to the challenges of the Covid-19 crisis. The first months will be devoted to the integration of the companies acquired at the end of last year, GVT in the Benelux countries and Colisweb in France. ID Logistics will also pay attention to new opportunities for external development, mainly in the United States.
