Trei Real Estate Poland has started the fourth – last – stage of construction of the Osiedle Bacciarellego 54 investment on Wielka Wyspa in Wrocław, the company said. As part of the final stage of the project, the developer is planning six buildings – residential buildings and city villas, which will provide 98 apartments. Completion of this investment phase is planned for the end of 2023.

The fourth phase of the investment offers one- and two-level premises with mezzanines with areas ranging from 29 to 116 sqm. These are both studios and 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments. The final stage of the estate will consist of six buildings, including four three-story urban villas, it said.

“In the Bacciarelego 54 estate, we are building high-standard flats of various sizes, which allows us to tailor our offer to the individual needs of buyers. An undoubted advantage is the intimate development, which we have integrated into the vast green areas. The attractiveness of this place is confirmed by the sales results. Currently, when the construction of stage IV begins, we have only 30% of apartments available from this stage of the investment,” said Jacek Wesołowski, managing director of Trei Real Estate Poland.

The Bacciarelli 54 estate will ultimately consist of 14 buildings. In total, Trei will provide 277 apartments in four stages of the investment. The first 61 owners received the keys to their premises. In February, the developer will put into use another 27 apartments as part of the second phase of the estate, and at the end of the year will complete the construction of the third phase (91 apartments). Currently, about 50 apartments are available for sale, completed.
