In 2021, the Nordis Group company recorded sales of RON 400 million. Most of the units sold are part of the Nordis Mamaia 5 star hotel and residential complex, where the most expensive property of this year, a penthouse worth RON 2,5 million, was also purchased.
Last year, Nordis Group sold over 700 units at sea, in the mountains and in Bucharest, of which 571 properties on the coast alone. Nordis Group has 4 construction sites under construction.
Premium properties remain in Romanians’ preferences as an investment method, and the figures prove it: the largest single-client investment made in 2021 exceeds RON 6 million. 86 percent of Nordis clients have other real estate investments, and 53 percent of them own another holiday home.
