Telecommunications company Telco Pro Services bought three companies from ČEZ Group

The telecommunications company Telco Pro Services bought three companies from ČEZ Group last December. These are the Internet providers Internext 2000 and Optical Networks, as well as the service company Adaptivity. This was stated yesterday by the E15.cz server. Thanks to the purchase of the mentioned companies, the number of Telco Pro Services clients increased by approximately 28,000 to almost 100,000. According to the server, neither party stated the price of the transaction.

The companies Internext 2000, Optical Networks and Adaptivity were owned by a group of entrepreneurs, namely Radovan Kratochvíl, Radim Hájek, Zbyněk Glacner and Vratislav Hladký. The annual sales of this three companies were around hundreds of millions of crowns. “We do not plan to be a nationwide Internet provider. We are directing construction to locations where there is no good Internet connection, and we are building modern optical networks to the end user,” Telco Pro Services CEO Michal Drápala told the server.

Already last autumn, Telco Pro Services bought the telecommunications company TelNet Holding from the energy company innogy. “The acquisition includes smaller local Internet companies: Magnalink, which serves customers in Hradec Králové, and Cerberos, which operates in the Mladá Boleslav and Liberec regions.
