One United Properties estimates for 2022 a turnover of RON 1.5 billion and a net profit of RON 548 million. At the same time, the company is considering investments of RON 1.1 billion, while revenues from the sale of developed residential properties are estimated at RON 1.2 billion, and those from rents at RON 71 million.
The company registered in the first nine months of 2021 a turnover of RON 627.7 million, increasing by 87 percent, and a net profit of RON 191 million, from RON 64 million in the same period last year, shows the financial report published in BVB.
