Ronson Development has sold 111 units and handed over 375 units in Q4 2021, the company said.
The number of units sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 is 111 units, including 39 units sold in the Viva Jagodno project, 23 units in the Miasto Moje project, 21 units in the Nowe Warzymice project. The number of units handed over to clients in the fourth quarter of 2021 is 375 units , including 126 units in the Miasto Moje project, 115 units in the Wilanów Tulip project, 60 units in the Ursus Centralny project, according to Ronson.
In the whole of 2021, the number of units sold was 877 (including 238 units in the Ursus Centralny project, 208 units in the Miasto Moje project, 127 units in the Nowe Warzymice project), and the number of units handed over to customers 1,007 (including 223 units left in the Miasto Moje project, 194 apartments in the Ursus Centralny project, 122 apartments in the Wilanów Tulip project), it further stated.
A year earlier, there were 918 and 966 apartments, respectively.

We have sold a solid figure of nearly 900, which was in line with our budget assumptions and close to the record number in 2020. Our goal for 2021 was not breaking another sales record, but adapting the pace of sales to changing market conditions. On the other hand, when it comes to handovers – we have delivered over 1,000 units to our clients, which was the highest number of transfers in Ronson’s history. , attractive and corresponding to the current needs of our clients. At the same time, we are supplementing our land bank with new, interesting locations. All this allows us to plan a constant and sustainable development of our business in the coming years,” commented President Boaz Haim, quoted in the press release.
Ronson is a real estate development company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007. In 2020, it sold 918 units and handed over 966 units. Its consolidated revenues amounted to PLN 401 million in 2020.
