Ivanhoé Cambridge celebrates handover for Tours DUO high-rise project

The global, institutional real estate investor Ivanhoé Cambridge celebrates the handover of the keys for the office space of the Paris mixed-use high-rise project Tours DUO to the Groupe BPCE. The umbrella organization of the French savings banks and cooperative banks becomes the main tenant and concentrates over 9,000 employees at this location in the 13th arrondissement.

The DUO tours were designed by star architect Jean Nouvel and developed by Ivanhoé Cambridge, with Natixis Assurances as co-investor. With their location on the left bank of the Seine and a height of 180 and 122 meters respectively, the two high-rise towers form a new architectural landmark in Paris.

The twin towers cover a total rental area of ​​more than 106,000 sqm. Of this, 97,000 sqm are office space, plus there is space for a hotel, gastronomy, retail, auditorium as well as green terraces and outdoor areas. The DUO tours meet the currently highest standards of sustainability, smart networking, well-being and health of the users of the high-rise project and have been certified with LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum and Wired Score Certification, among others.
