Akcent Development announces a EUR 75 million investment in a new real estate project. The Akcent City project will be built in the Bucureștii Noi district of sector 1, near the Constanța bridge, where the company has a 20,000 sqm plot of land. The project will have 810 apartments in blocks with 10 floors.
“The EUR 75 million investment is only part of the plans we have in the near future. We believe in the Bucurestii Noi area, where it is foreshadowed as a new pole of real estate development, with mixed functionalities, respectively residential, offices, retail ”, says Laurenţiu Afrasine, CEO of Akcent Development.
Currently, the developer is demolishing the buildings on the land, and the construction of the project is scheduled to start in January next year.
