InPost has introduced a pre-Christmas delivery guarantee for all shipments posted up to and including December 22, the company said.
“The guarantee of delivery before Christmas is an idea and tradition of InPost, two years ago we guaranteed the delivery of parcels sent by December 20, a year ago by December 21, this year we extend the warranty by another day, i.e. parcels sent by December 22 will reach the addressee on time Nobody in the logistics industry in Poland, and I think that also in Europe can not give a similar guarantee “- said the president of InPost, Rafał Brzoska.
“Every year this season, we handle millions of parcels, and this year we record increases of up to several dozen percent. However, thanks to huge investments – including this year our parcel locker network increased by 50% by the beginning of December – we can let our customers enjoy purchases until the last minute with a guarantee that they will arrive safely before the first star,” Brzoska stressed.
Earlier, InPost introduced the free delivery of parcels on the day of posting in 20 cities in Poland.
