The development company YIT has completed the rough construction of the Koti Libeň project with 140 low-energy flats, two studios and one commercial space. The approval should take place in the spring of 2023, and the new residents will move in about half of it.
All three apartment buildings with four to five floors have reached the milestone of rough construction, so the load-bearing structures and roofs have been completed here. The interiors of apartment partitions, the installation of windows and work on technical equipment are now continuing in the interiors. After the winter, the exteriors of the houses are awaiting work on the facades, roofs and landscaping, including the new part of Červená báň Street.
In the Koti Libeň project, a total of 140 flats and 2 studios with a layout from 1 + kk to 5 + kk and floor areas of 24 m2 to 114 m2 are being built in the Finnish style. Most units have their own balcony, terrace or front garden, facing the courtyard or the new quiet inner street. There are cellars, carriage houses, rooms for washing bicycles and dogs, underground garages and plenty of greenery.
“Even during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, we do not see a decline in interest in the residential market. The high demand for the purchase of dream housing or real estate for investment is not going away and all our projects are selling fast. Currently, only 20% of the units in Koti Libeň remain to be bought,” comments Dana Bartoňová, YIT Stavo’s sales director.
Today, the Libeň district is a modern, constantly developing district, which combines rich civic amenities, excellent transport accessibility and excels in terms of leisure activities. Plenty of tram and bus lines provide residents with convenient connections to the city center. Families with children and adolescents will appreciate several kindergartens and primary schools, a grammar school and a college in the vicinity of the project. There are also important services, such as the town hall, post office, polyclinic and the Bulovka University Hospital. The natural monument Prosecké skály and countless other parks in the area, such as Pod Korábem or Pekařka, then attract pleasant walks and sports activities.
