Wola station receives its occupancy permit

13 December 2021

The first stage of the Wola Station, which includes almost 390 apartments, has received an occupancy permit. The project implemented by Echo Investment is located at ul. Ordona in Warsaw, which guarantees residents easy and quick access to green areas, service and commercial points and a new business center in Wola. The estate will have numerous amenities, such as a private parcel collection point, remote access system and electric vehicle charger. It is also the first investment delivered by the developer with a neighborhood WiFi, available in common areas.

The Wola station is a project developed in several stages, where a total of over 1000 people will find accommodation. The whole was designed with everyday comfort in mind, as exemplified by panoramic windows, loft elements or walls that can be changed at your own discretion.

“Each client who receives the keys to his new apartment also receives from us the basic version of Echo Smart, i.e. an intelligent home management system. The type and number of devices included in the package depend on the size of the premises. The Echo Smart set includes a control panel that wirelessly connects all devices, e.g. lighting and heating control, and a camera. The installation and configuration of the system is completely free, and we have access to all functions of a smart apartment thanks to the mobile application. Because the system is wireless – it can be extended and adapted to your needs at any time, without the need to break the walls,” says Marta Buczma, customer service manager at Echo Investment.

At the Wola station, innovative solutions can be found not only in apartments, but also in the common parts of buildings and their surroundings. As part of the Echo Life Services amenities package, places that have so far been opened with an intercom (e.g. wickets or doors) have been equipped with an automatic lock release system. To unlock them, just approach the sensor with a smartphone with an installed application. In the same way, you can call the elevator that will take the resident to the right floor. The estate will also include a Pakomatic parcel collection point, places for bicycles and a charger for electric vehicles with an energy billing system. Neighbors will be able to meet on the playground, green squares, by the social greenhouse or train together on the crossfit box. A novelty is the generally available, housing estate WiFi – the result of cooperation with UPC.

“At UPC, we provide clients with the highest quality digital services, including fast and reliable Internet, necessary for remote work, education, contact with loved ones and running a business. To meet the expectations of Echo Investment’s clients in terms of internet access in the common parts of new investments, we offer them free access to the network using wifi technology – a WiFi zone from UPC, providing access with a capacity of 300/30 M / s. Thanks to this, they will be able to freely connect with websites, portals and social media, as well as seamlessly use streaming audio and video content,” says Michał Fura, director of public policy and Public Affairs, UPC Polska.

Location of the Wola station at ul. Ordona in Warsaw guarantees easy access to green areas, office parks and the most important social and cultural places of the capital, such as the Warsaw Uprising Museum, the Wola Theater or the Wola Park. Nearby, there is also the Blue City shopping mall, CH Reduta, six kindergartens, three primary schools and a general secondary school.

Completion of the second stage, which includes another 250 apartments, is scheduled for the second quarter of 2022.
