Scallier obtained the building permit for their 4th retail park, to be built in Turda. The retail park will have 9,000 sqm leasable area and will be built next to a Kaufland hypermarket. Funshop Retail Park Turda is to be delivered in the second half of next year. The developer has delivered this year two other retail parks at Roșiorii de Vede and Focșani.
For next year, the company wants to open three more retail parks under the FunShop brand and is actively looking for new land for projects. The investment in a retail park is between five and ten million euros. Scallier has been managing commercial properties since 2011. The value of the managed properties amounts to about 120 million euros.
