Skanska has started the construction of the first stage of the NU! Warszawa Wola, comprising 145 apartments, the company said. The completion of the investment is scheduled for the last quarter of 2023.
The investment plan provides for the revitalization of a large quarter of Warsaw’s Wola district. Skanska will renovate a part of ul. Kolejowa, will create a bicycle path and new sidewalks, and a flower meadow and a park open to the city’s residents will be built on the estate. The estate will be located in close proximity to the very center of Warsaw. As part of the first stage of the investment, 145 apartments with areas ranging from 28.5 to 120 sqm will be built, it was announced.
“We have started the construction of the first stage of our investment NU! Warszawa Wola. Currently, we are finishing the demolition of the building that existed on the plot and we are starting earthworks. The construction is progressing according to the schedule. We plan to complete the construction in the fourth quarter of 2023,” said project manager NU! Warszawa Wola in the Skanska Łukasz Witek housing company.
