The shareholders of One United Properties decided to increase the company’s share capital by RON 228.8 million, by issuing a number of 1.14 million new shares with a nominal value of RON 0.20.The company’s share capital thus reaches RON 514.8 million, and will be divided into 2.57 million shares, each with a nominal value of RON 0.20.
According to the decision of the Board of Directors, for every five shares already held, the shareholders will receive four new shares.
