This autumn, the Realism development group bought a plot of land with an area of almost 1,200 sqm in U Měšťanského pivovaru Street, where it plans to build an apartment building with underground garages and several non-residential premises in the coming years.
“We are pleased to have successfully completed the new acquisition and will enrich our portfolio with another stylish project. We plan to build a modern apartment building with greenery, which will fit perfectly into the surrounding apartment buildings and offer people comfortable living in this popular Prague location,” says Martin Hubinger, owner of the Realism group, adding: “We would like to select him by the end of this year. Together with him, we will then prepare an architectural study, which we will discuss with the relevant departments of the City Hall of Prague 7 and the City Hall.”
The first dispositional study is also currently being addressed. The location is suitable for both apartments for sale and rental housing – the developer will consider both options for the project. The ground floor of the house could include several non-residential units, for example for small shops, services or showrooms.
In the new project, the developer definitely counts on greenery and ecological elements. “Environmental friendliness and sustainability are a natural part of the assignment for all our projects. We are just at the beginning of the design with an apartment building in Holešovice. We will therefore evaluate what specific elements we will incorporate. In the courtyard, we would like to create areas with greenery that connect to the neighboring green courtyard,” explains the owner of the Realism group.
The Prague-Holešovice district is one of the most sought-after locations. The dynamically developing area provides everything you need: excellent transport accessibility, complete civic amenities and rich cultural activities. “This is our first planned implementation in Prague 7. That is why we are very much looking forward to the preparation and we believe that a wonderful project will be created, which will benefit not only future owners or tenants in the new house, but also the surroundings and the whole neighborhood, which is renowned for the quality of its services and aesthetic and living standards,” adds Martin Hubinger.
