Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has appointed Cristi Moga as Head of Capital Markets, and he will coordinate the work of the real estate investment transaction team.
Cristi Moga has been working at Cushman & Wakefield Echinox since October 2015, and since 2018 he has been promoted to Head of Research.
“I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to lead the Capital Markets department and I am confident that the experience of the last few years has provided a solid foundation for my new role. Involvement in a variety of complex projects has helped me to analyze and understand real estate assets from the perspective of all parties involved and the entire development, operation and trading cycle”, said Cristi Moga.
