AFI Europe Romania bought two plots of land with a total area of 10,000 sqm in the north of Bucharest where it plans to build apartments for rent. The land purchased from Impetum Investments, worth EUR 12 million, has all the building permits needed to develop a number of approximately 450 apartments arranged in three separate buildings.
AFI Europe Romania intends to develop on these purchased lands its first residential project for rent, a segment that the company is already developing in other countries in the region, under the brand “AFI home”.
