Croatian distributor of fast-moving consumer goods Atlantic Grupa has singed a deal to sell the Mirna plant in Slovenia to the Poll family, the owner of Austrian company Gittis Naturprodukte. The plant in Mirna is the production site for baby food products Bebi.
“Our new strategic partner plans full activation of the Mirna production plant in the long term, as well as investments in its further technological development and its employees,” declared Atlantic company.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
