CTP welcomes Tuborg Romania to its new 10,300 sqm facility at CTPark Bucharest North, for a 5-year lease. The dedicated unit will be customized to meet customer’s needs and will become operational in January 2022.

Tuborg, one of the most important beer producers in Romania, chose CTPark Bucharest North to expand its logistics spaces from which it ensures distribution throughout the country. The transaction was advised by real estate consultancy company Cushman&Wakefield Echinox.
