The DRFG investment group will build two more halls in Týniště nad Orlicí in the Rychnov region, which together will offer over 26,000 square meters of storage space. The team will thus build on the construction of the hall in Týniště, which was occupied as a tenant by the Japanese company Cataler from the Toyota Group in 2020. The new halls should be completed in 2022.

The company also stated that other logistics parks are being built in Poland in the Silesian Voivodeship in the towns of Sosnowiec and Vladislav. The Silesian Voivodeship borders the Moravian-Silesian Region. The hall in Vladislavi should be completed this year, in Sosnowiec in 2022.

“The total area of these three development projects is over 81,000 square meters with a total market value of about two billion crowns,” DRFG said of the projects in Týniště and Poland. After the completion of the new stage in Týniště nad Orlicí, the total leasable area of the building will exceed 40,000 square meters.

In the Czech Republic, according to the DRFG, the logistics industry is almost full. “With this project, the group strengthens its position in the currently most dynamic real estate sector in industrial and logistics real estate, which mainly benefits from the long-term accelerating e-commerce boom and pressure to increase supply capacity,” said DRFG CEO Peter Hlaváč.

The DRFG Group, founded in Brno in 2011 by David Rusňák, invests in real estate, telecommunications and financial services. In the Czech Republic and Poland, it manages real estate and development projects worth ten billion crowns.
