Businessman Sorin Crețeanu is preparing the ground for a residential complex in Buftea. The plot of land where the project is to be build has an area of 45,000 sqm. The project envisages the construction of 14 low-rise blocks of flats: four floors, but also a shopping center. The blocks would have a total of 460 apartments.
Currently, the company Buftea Familly, of which Sorin Crețeanu owns 85 percent, and his ex-wife 15 percent, is taking steps to obtain the building permits.
