Businessman and former banker Mircea Cotigă, partnered with real estate developer Constantin Mihali and together they founded the Rock Development holding company, which will manage residential projects with hundreds of apartments in Bucharest and investments estimated at EUR 200 million, according to information obtained by Profit.ro.
“Soon, we will end up developing projects with a value of RON 150-200 million through holding,” said Mircea Cotigă, CEO and co-founder of Rock Development Holding.
Until December 2018, Mircea Cotigă was CEO of UniCredit Leasing, after which he was recruited by the CITR / Impetum group.
