Dom Development has started selling 128 apartments as part of the fourth stage of Osiedle Komedy, which is being built in Jagodnie in Wrocław, the company said. The apartments will be put into use in the third quarter of 2023.
The Dom Development investment is being built at the intersection of Artemska Street and Drabika Street in the Jagodnie Wrocław district. The entire estate will consist of six 4- and 5-story residential buildings with commercial premises. The first stage has already been completed and handed over to clients. At the beginning of next year, it has been completed. the works in the second stage will be completed. Currently, the construction of the third stage is in progress and the investor is just starting to sell the premises of stage four.
In total, in the two new buildings there will be 128 apartments with an area of 33 to 90 sqm and three service premises, as well as 134 parking spaces in the underground garage. Flats on the ground floor will have gardens with a terrace, while those located on the floors have loggias or balconies.
Additionally, in one of the new buildings, the investor has planned a common space for the residents of the entire Komedy Estate, with a multi-functional room, coworking spaces for work, toilets and a kitchenette.
“Jagodnie is a district eagerly chosen by the inhabitants of Wrocław. We want our clients to find here not only the best space to live and relax, but also to build mutual relationships or work, which nowadays is often performed remotely, that is why we planned to create common space that will serve the residents of the entire estate,” commented Marek Szmidt, sales director of Dom Development Wrocław.
