The developer Sonae Sierra is preparing for the construction of the residential complex next to the Parklake mall in sector 3 of Bucharest. The company has a Detailed Urban Plan and authorizations for land preparation. In addition, in August, the developer obtained permits to divert some cables and prepare the ground for the construction site.
The land on which the developer wants to build the residential project has an area of 7,650 sqm, and the construction will have four basements and six floors.
