Businessman Silviu Dorinel Sabău is preparing a complex with office buildings in the Expozitiei area of Bucharest. About three years ago, he bought land with a total area of over 7,000 sqm in transactions valued at over EUR 3.5 million, based on sales prices in the area .
“Now a Zonal Urban Plan is being executed for this location. After obtaining all the construction permits, we will think about whether we will develop the project or sell it. The documents are submitted for an office project, but we can give it a mixed function, depending on the market,” said Eduard Uzunov, president of the real estate consulting company Regatta, which manages Silviu Sabău’s real estate business.
