According to the financial report, WDP completed in Romania, this year, projects in Ștefăneștii de Jos, Craiova and Păulești for companies such as Decathlon, LPP, Profi and Rosti and has ongoing projects of EUR 102 million, in several areas of the country : Ștefăneștii de Jos, Buzău, Cluj, Roman, Timișoara and Călan, with deadlines at the end of the year or the first quarter of 2022.
Belgian investors have so far invested over EUR 1 billion in Romanian properties, most of them before the crisis, but have future projects involving hundreds of millions of euros.
