Entrepreneur Cristian Giurgescu launched this week the Evia Pallady residential project in Sector 3 of the Capital, which involves an investment of EUR 9 million in two blocks totaling 94 apartments.
“I calculated the project somewhere at EUR 9 million, it also depends on the evolution of costs for construction materials. There are materials that fluctuate from week to week, such as reinforced concrete. Today there is a price, next week there is another price and it rarely decreases, most often it increases. It is a raw material with a fairly large share in the total cost of the investment “, said Giurescu.
