Following the spring acquisition by Crestyl and the investment group Cornerstone Investment Management, it is expanding its regional operations to six large Polish cities and to another city in the so-called Tricity on the shores of the Baltic Sea. Spravia will build the Solano project in the seaside of Gdynia, which consists of two divided buildings offering 242 apartments of all sizes and a sophisticated public space. Thanks to the transaction value of PLN 1.51 billion (approximately CZK 8.5 billion), the control of the developer Spravia in May this year is one of the largest real estate transactions in Central and Eastern Europe since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic. Thanks to this acquisition, Crestyl has increased its annual sales of residential real estate six times.
“We are happy that under our leadership Spravia continues to grow successfully. In addition, Gdynia is a beautiful city with unique architecture in the center, the sea, great beaches and nature at your fingertips. The expansion of activities to this city was a natural step, as Spravia has long been active in Gdańsk, which is also part of the Tricity. The development of another location confirms our position as a key player in the Central European residential real estate market. Our entry abroad was truly a milestone in the evolution of Crestyl,” says Omar Koleilat, CEO of Crestyl.
The first project in the dynamic and rapidly developing coastal city of Gdynia will be located close to a landscape park and in the vicinity of new residential areas with full urban infrastructure, where everything is within reach. The project called Solano will consist of two divided buildings, which will offer a total of 242 apartments of all sizes, each with a terrace, balcony, loggia or private garden. In addition, the architects placed spacious mezzanine apartments in the project. Underground garages and chargers for electric cars will be a matter of course. Bicycle lovers will have storage and bike racks at their disposal. Emphasis was also placed on public space, which includes places to rest, relax and play.
