Robyg has started a new investment in Warsaw’s Wilanów district, the Royal Residence estate at ul. Sarmackiej, on an area of approximately 9 hectares with a construction potential of over 90,000 sqm, the company announced. Stage I will include a complex of 4-storey buildings with apartments up to 160 sqm and an intimate service passage. The company has obtained a building permit for the first stage of the estate.
“The Royal Residence investment is our next ‘city in the city’. We have already built 4 500 apartments in Wilanów, and the new housing estate will offer 1 600 new ones. For this purpose, we have purchased a huge area with low buildings and a lot of greenery. our Warsaw offer this year and in the years to come. Wilanów is a unique district, well-developed, and at the same time ensuring peace and many opportunities for entertainment and recreation. Therefore, customers are eager to buy apartments here – this year we are recording sales records and therefore we are accelerating the introduction of new premises. Especially that the total supply of developers in Warsaw has shrunk sharply and is now only sufficient for 1 quarter ahead,” said Joanna Chojecka, sales and marketing director for Warsaw and Wrocław at Robyg.
