The Hagag H Victoriei 109 building, the former Petrom office building, will house the future headquarters of the European Cyber Security Center, according to real estate market data. The center will contract about 2,000 sqm of offices, the area remaining free within the project.
The offices in H Victoriei 109 reached an occupancy rate of 50 percent last month, a percentage represented by companies operating in real estate, construction, architecture, law and tax consulting.
