The EBM Group will build a new district at the main Kladno train station, with 400 flats. The construction will be divided into stages, the first flats are to be completed in approximately three years and should be completed in 2028. The value of the investment is CZK 1.8 billion, the sale value will exceed two billion crowns, announced Lukáš Balíček on behalf of EBM Group.
“The current situation on the residential real estate market is driving up apartment prices in Prague and many people are starting to have a dream of living in the metropolis. Our project will attract everyone who is looking for a suitable alternative to comfortable living with perfect transport links to the center and the outskirts of Pragu,.” added the director of EBM Partner Jan Šulc. The company is the developer of the project.
According to the developer, natural materials will be used in the construction of houses, which will have six to seven floors, rainwater retention is planned, as well as green and parking areas. “We are discussing with the city about the form of the whole locality, we are considering the possibility of cooperation. And due to our historical experience, a home for the elderly, a kindergarten, etc. is possible,” added Balíček.
Kladno is the largest city in Central Bohemia, located 20 kilometers from Prague. In 2022, the construction of a railway expressway is to begin here, which will improve the connection with the metropolis.
