In August 2021, 62,137 properties were sold throughout the country, 2,811 more than in July. The number of transactions in August is 18,375 higher than in the same period of 2020.
Most real estate sales were registered in Bucharest, Brașov and Timiș. The counties with the least real estate sold in the same period are Calarasi, Covasna and Caras-Severin.
The number of mortgages, at national level, in August 2021, was 24,737, 1,091 higher than in August 2020.
