The first running track inaugurated on the Elements residential building in Romania

The real estate developer Forty Management inaugurated in Bucharest the first running track on a residential buildings in Romania, being created according to the standards certified by the International Association of Athletics Federations.

According to the project managers from Brisk Group, the project coordinators, Cătălin Podgoreanu and Călin Sperchez, the runway was built in three weeks, with a team of six people, who had to cover a total area of ​​over 11 tons of tartan.

The investment amounts to EUR 150,000 and the running track covers a distance of over 240 meters, being located on the roof of block B of the Central District 4 Elements project, located on Fizicienilor Street no. 7, near Titan Park in Sector 3. The track is at a height of about 42 meters from the ground.

“It is one of the many facilities offered to the inhabitants of Central District 4 Elements, which is the first affordable luxury project in Romania, near 3,000 sqm of common green promenade spaces, with outdoor cinema, water pools, professional barbecue and entertainment area,” said representatives Brisk Group.

Central District 4 Elements is an internationally awarded mixed development, certified Green Building, with 1,700 sqm of commercial area and 200 apartments, sold completely 9 months before completion.
