Swiss entrepreneur Claudio Cisullo and developer One United Properties SA raised EUR 50 million through CC @ ONE Properties Invest AG. The company was founded at the end of 2020 by Claudio Cisullo, who owns 5 percent of One United, and One United, founded by Romanian entrepreneurs Victor Căpitanu and Andrei Diaconescu.
The company aims to attract international capital for the development of sustainable residential projects of One United Properties in Romania and plans to attract investments of up to EUR 500 million in the coming years.
