CTP wants to expand nationally and is discussing with Zacaria the acquisition of six logistics centers, four in Sibiu and the other two in Craiova and Oradea, according to data from the real estate market. Also this year, CTP bought four other logistic centers from Catalyst in Arad, Caransebeş and Timişoara in a transaction of EUR 23 million.
The portfolio from Sibiu of the developer Zacaria includes General Industrial Park of 19,000 sqm, Imperial Industrial Park of 16,000 sqm, Network Industrial Park with 40,000 sqm, to which is added Hermann Industrial Park from Cisnadie of 14,000 sqm.
