Tomáš Běhounek (36) has been appointed Head of Operations at Zeitraum, where he will be responsible for the good technical and operational condition of all properties in its portfolio. The company has long owned four student houses in the metropolis, Seifertova Street in Prague 3, Na Šachtě and U Průhonu in Prague 7 and Holandská in Prague 10, in which it offers modern rooms for rent in combination with a wide range of additional services. The company has recently opened the Franz by Zeitraum house in Opletalova Street, right next to Wenceslas Square, where it provides short- to medium-term accommodation in serviced rooms and apartments.
Tomáš Běhounek studied economics and business. He joined Zeitraum from the German hotel chain Motel One, in which he participated in the launch of this chain on the Czech market. He began gaining experience from lower F&B positions to middle management positions at the Bedford Hotel, the Westcliff Hotel (southern England) and the Radisson Blu.
