The construction company Bog’Art, owned by the businessman Raul Doicescu, started the works at Art City, a EUR 20 million real estate project located in the north of the Capital, on a land bought from Petrom and which will include 141 of apartments, with completion deadline in October 2022. In addition to residential spaces, the complex will also include 500 sqm of commercial space and 180 parking spaces.
In addition to Bog’Art, the financial and strategic partners contributing to the project are OMV Petrom, CEC Bank, Deutsche Schule Bucharest, The Institute, Delta Studio and SVN Romania.
