The developer One United Properties made a profit of RON 93 million in 2020, and part of the money will be granted in the form of dividends to shareholders. The amount represents more than double compared to the profit of RON 43 million registered in 2019.
Thus, from the net profit of RON 93 million, the amount of RON 49.24 million will be distributed as dividends, RON 4.81 million will be distributed as legal reserve, and the rest of the amount of almost RON 39 million is carried forward for subsequent financial years.
