Gran Via Real Estate sold the last apartments from the Timișoara 58 project, built on the former Frigocom platform in Bucharest. The developer has invested over EUR 45 million in land, infrastructure, construction of the seven blocks with 800 apartments, parking spaces and common areas. Construction began in 2013 and took place in four stages. Part of the land was sold to Lidl, which opened a store here.
In Bucharest, the company completed over 2,000 apartments in projects such as Gran Via Park, Timisoara 58 and Aviației Apartments. In Constanța, the developer is building the Gran Via Marina complex, near the Vivo! Mall.
