The Robyg Group is planning sign 3500 development contracts and hand over 3000 units, the company said. Since the beginning of the year, Robyg has already launched 14 new projects and introduced 1100 apartments on offer.
“The first and second quarters of this year show that the demand for apartments is growing. Robyg offers 2500 units in 3 cities and we are systematically expanding our sales opportunities. Customer interest is very high – due to the attractiveness of our investments. This year we launched 14 new projects and introduced 1100 apartments to our offer of units in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław,” said president Zbigniew Wojciech Okoński.
“We have raised our sales forecasts for this year and I am convinced that these are very realistic assumptions. We are planning a rapid increase in business and we are constantly looking for new land” – he added.
In 2020, the Robyg Group signed 2567 development contracts in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław in 2020, and delivered 2700 units. Number of reservation contracts last year was 2155.
In the first quarter of 2021, the Robyg Group concluded 1110 net reservation agreements and 888 developer agreements in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław. The company handed over 560 premises.
The company recalls that it received additional capital in the amount of PLN 100 million from its shareholder – Bricks Acquisition Limited from the Goldman Sachs Group, and is also considering the issue of bonds up to PLN 150 million as part of the bearer bond issue program for up to PLN 500 million. Robyg also informed that they has a high cash position, reaching PLN 400 million, and is planning significant investments in the land bank (totaling over PLN 600 million throughout this year).
