Accor had signed a management agreement with ASIC, a joint-venture between developer Ion Catutoiu and Andrei Stanciu, the CEO of the construction company Somet Group, for an extended stay hotel with 150 rooms under Novotel Living brand, the first hotel of its type to be opened in Eastern Europe.
Novotel Living Bucharest Baneasa will be inaugurated in 2023 and will have 150 rooms, of varied types, with kitchenette and a flexible work space. The ground floor will take the form of a social hub, where both customers and members of the local community will be able to meet, and where food can be served in a grab & go system.
Other facilities include a cinema hall, a modular meeting space, a fitness room, a car park and an outdoor courtyard for outdoor urban events.
