City Garden developer is investing over EUR 16 million in the development of a residential complex in Pipera, located behind the American School. The new project named Bonton Luxury Villas will comprise 66 villas and will be developed in two phases, the first phase with delivery this year, respectively the end of 2022 for the second phase.
City Garden has previously been involved in medium-premium residential projects such as 21 Downtown, Apollo D’or and City Garden Pipera.
